Burstner Motorhome Reversing Camera Adaptors, Kits, and Upgrades

These cable adaptors will convert the 2010 onwards Waeco cable fitted on vehicles like Baileys to twin 4 pin sockets/plugs like we use on the twin camera systems. Both front and rear adaptors are provided.

These cable adaptors will convert the 2010 onwards Waeco cable fitted on vehicles like Baileys to a single 4 pin socket/plug like we use on our single camera systems. Both front and rear adaptors are provided. These cables are not made by Waeco, just compatible.  We only sell these as pairs because we have found the inside of the cables to be wired in differently, so you may not be able to just plug in one side and replace just one part, you would need to replace both monitor and camera.

This will convert any of our 4 pin reversing cameras to a female Phono/RCA Video signal + 2.1mm/5.5mm DC socket for power (most commonly found on reversing cameras).

This will convert our 4 pin cameras to a conventional RCA/2.1mm DC connection if you ever change to an RCA input monitor.

Our Black Painted Stainless Steel Bracket Reversing Camera is fitted with a Sony 1/3" CCD 700tvl image sensor for a great, colourful, high-resolution image. Fitted with 18 IR LEDs and with the Sony 811's great low-light level sensitivity, this camera has excellent night vision. Thanks to the painted stainless steel bracket, an excellent rust-resistant material, there are no worries regarding rusty brackets. 4 Pin waterproof screw locking connector cable, with the option to add one of our RCA adaptor bundle sets should you have an RCA Monitor or are fitting to a Stereo head unit.

• Great Image Quality thanks to the Sony 1/3" CCD Image Sensor Fitted - The Sony 811 1/3" CCD image sensor has long been our favourite image sensor for reversing cameras. The image sensor is the part of the camera responsible for producing an image, so as you can imagine, it plays a massive part in the image quality you see.
• Flexible Mounting Bracket - Bracket cameras remain one of the most popular types for mounting on vehicles as a reversing camera. They are easy to fit and can be mounted in a position of your choice. Most commonly, these are mounted higher up, sometimes on a rear vertical wall, e.g. on the back of a Motorhome or Van, and sometimes on a horizontal surface, e.g. on the top of a door/roof.
• IR Night Vision LED's - Thanks to the 18 IR LEDs and the great low light sensitivity of the installed Sony 811 1/3" CCD sensor, you can expect great night vision. • Rust Resistant Painted Stainless Steel Bracket - There's nothing worse than having a rusty, mild steel reversing camera leaving orange streaks down the back of your pride and joy Motorhome. We have seen other supplier's cameras with such rusty brackets that the camera is no longer supported. No such worry with this camera. This camera uses a rust-resistant stainless steel bracket painted with matt black paint. Time tested and proven to look great many, many years later.

You may recognise this camera from a very expensive branded system, that's because we used the same factory to import it from except we had the very latest 600TVL 1/3" Sharp CCD (not to be confused with the older 420TVL 1/3" Sharp CCD).  We would say this new image sensor is on par with the Sony 700TVL we use in our other high end cameras.  This camera has a nice polished Stainless Steel Bracket with a grey/silver painted main body.

The 8mm fitted long-distance lens performs brilliantly when monitoring traffic driving behind your vehicle. The wide-angle lens in the downward-facing reversing camera works brilliantly to give a big spread behind to allow you to see hazards.
