Ceiling Mount Bracket to fit a dash monitor to the ceiling location | ACC20540

We often get calls from people wishing to fit a dash monitor to a similar location to the rearview mirror. This bracket works with most of our monitors, the metal locator fits the rear channel of the monitor and you twist the tightening wheel to lock the monitor into position. The left-hand side thumbscrew allows the monitor to twist left or right and tilt up and down.

Since these were added to the site they have been extremely popular, the build quality is very good and are a very sturdy item.  We sometimes get asked about the best way to mount these if you have a flimsy headlining (as a lot are), well we recommend buying a small bit of wood and bonding this behind the headlining in the location you wish to mount the bracket and letting it set, once set you would then secure the bracket with screws going through the headlining in to the piece of wood you bonded.  This allows the bracket to be mounted securely without relying on the headlining and also has the added bonus that your headlining will be more secure than ever.
