Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

Delivery Terms

Please read our delivery information carefully, we can not be held liable if goods or services aren't delivered in time deadlines, we do not offer any guarantees on delivery time. Goods are deemed lost if no delivery attempt remains within 7 days after the maximum time frame of the particular postal service. You may at this point choose a full refund of the original purchase price. If you prefer to use the refund to re-order, it will be at out discretion whether to re-send. Some of our couriers may text or email you to give you the option to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you choose this option then you become liable for the packages safety from that point onwards. The courier may allow you to specify a custom safe place location, this is just advisory and the driver may leave it anywhere on your property so please be careful with this option.

International Customers Outside of the UK

Please be aware that local customs rules vary and it is your duty to be aware of your own countries VAT and Duty and any other charges. These are not the sellers responsibility and there is a possibility you may incur a charge for importing. The shipping company may ask for an administration fee which would be payable by the buyer and not the seller. If you are worried about the fees please contact us for information about the company we will ship with so you can request information from them prior to ordering.

Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain our property until full payment has been received.

Cancellation Rights

You may withdraw from the sale within 60 days without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification or the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above. Goods returned must be in the original packaging and be in a saleable condition.

Faults

Please contact us either by phone or email if you encounter a problem. Most of the time issues can be resolved by a phone call. We test the stock prior to sending out, so the chances of an item being faulty from the start is very rare.

The Guarantee period is as follows :

Monitors - 2 Years

Reversing Camera Kits (Monitor + Camera) - 2 Years

Reversing Camera (No Monitor Purchased) - 1 Year (this is because we know our monitors protect the cameras)

Other Parts, Cables, etc. - 1 Year

We will either replace or repair any part that has a confirmed fault that was NOT caused due to customer damage, negligence, or incorrect fitting. If we suspect that the fault was caused by the aforementioned then we will not be liable to replace the part. If we need to send you a replacement part under the guarantee, this will be to either a UK address or the original supply address (if we sent it abroad originally). If you purchase an item and subsequently take it to another country, we will not be expected to send it to the country that it was taken to. We will, of course, work with you to try and get the situation remedied, e.g. if you have a UK-based friend/forwarder that we can dispatch to instead.

We are not liable for consequential loss, disappointment or other damage in relation to your order and will not pay compensation over and above the refund for the cost of the goods and/or services. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law or any liability we may have for death or personal injury due to our negligence.

If we give advice verbally or via written instructions, it is important you balance that advice from other sources. Any advice we give will be fairly general and as such the liability rests with the person doing the actual fitting for any damage that may occur. Modern vehicles have complex computerised systems and damage to them can be expensive. Our strongest advice is to leave any electrical work to the professionals.

Our Rights to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion whether it be due to lack of stock, fraud suspicion or any other reason. The order completed email does not indicate that your order has been accepted, it purely means your payment has been accepted and your order will be processed by a member of the team shortly.
