We have encountered a different style of windscreen mount on some Mercedes Sprinter vans. We believe it is models that are fitted with either auto lights, or auto windscreen wipers. This bracket will allow our bracket type mirror monitor to mount to this metal button. Please see photo. If you don't have these auto features please see ACCMB5 further down.

We usually see this on Ford Transits, although recently Ford seems to have stopped fitting the windscreen buttons to a lot of vehicles, especially those with bulkheads.

If you have any vehicle which is missing a windscreen button then you can order this bracket kit, it comes with Loctite 319 rear view mirror bonder, this was recommended to us by a fitter who installs lots of these.

This is usually seen on some Volkswagens (not the Crafter), Transporters tend to come with this style button.

ACCMB2 + MP35 (mounting plate 35)

This bundle includes the bracket to fit Ford windscreen stubs, plus a mounting plate to fit to the existing windscreen stub of later Ducato's/Boxers/Relays to adapt it in to the Ford stub.  The Ford bracket has the bonus of two ball joints for more adjustment, as well as being easier to fit than the original twist type.

This has been seen on a range of vehicles, the most popular use is the Mercedes Sprinter (up until today) and VW Crafters (up until 2017).

A universal ceiling mount, for installing on any vehicle with the spare space to screw in to.

Often seen on earlier models of the Fiat Ducato/Peugeot Boxer/Citroen Relay vans.
